Juniper Education Group
The schools use the Juniper service for text messaging/e-mailing to communicate with parents and staff. Apart from the school details, contact telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and names, no other personal data is retained by the service provider. Such data is used purely for school use and not shared with any 3rd parties.
The schools also use Juniper Education for HR administrative and advisory services. We do not share any pupil data with this service and only share staff/volunteer data with consent from the individual. An example of this would be for undertaking DBS checks for new staff/volunteers.

Insight
The schools use Insight for pupil tracking for assessment and reporting, inputting pupil scores, viewing gap analysis to inform teaching and generating bespoke reports.
