Managing medical needs

Pupils with medical needs will be supported in school in accordance with the SVF023 'Children with Medical Needs' Policy (please see 'Home/Information/Policies).

 

If your child needs to take a prescribed medication within school time, please complete a copy of the 'Request and Permission to Administer Medication Form' to enable us to support them safely with this. A paper version of this form is always available from the office.
